All brand names and logos on this website are the registered trademarks of the Company and as such, are protected by copyright laws within the UK, European Union, Canada and USA.

Decksaver does not permit the use of any logos, images, product descriptions, photographs, information, articles or trademarks from this website without prior permission granted by the Company in writing.

The Company owns or has permission to use all software and source codes on this website.  The software and source codes are protected by copyright laws, which prohibit any modification or reproduction of them.

This website is published for the promotion of Decksaver products and services, plus related news and information.  You may use this website to order products from us.

Subject to these Terms & Conditions, Decksaver allows you to make personal and non-commercial use of this website.  Any other use of this website is expressly forbidden including (without limiting the generality of this clause):

• Downloading images, text and logos displayed on this website.
• Doing anything to burden the website with an unreasonably large load.
• Taking any action to interfere with the functioning of the website.
• Attempting to breach any security systems or codes used for the privacy and security of the website as a whole and its users.

Hyperlinks to this website are allowed, provided that such a link is not, in the eyes of the Company, defamatory, misleading, derogatory or offensive to Decksaver or any of its services or products.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on the website is accurate, up to date and honest.  Although assurances are made, we do not make any warranty that the website is error free or free from infection by viruses, trojan horses, worms or anything that might have destructive properties.  Should any errors or omissions be found, we will endeavor to correct them as quickly as practically possible.  If you identify an error or issue with this website, please contact us here.

Decksaver will not accept any liability for errors and omissions and reserves the right to amend, update or change the information, specifications and description of listed goods, products and services without notice, at anytime.

Users of this website are responsible for for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password information.

All activities that occur under your account are deemed to be your responsibility.

When setting up an account or subscribing to our mailing list, please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete.  Account information can be updated at anytime through the My Account section.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.

All prices are executed subject to the quoted price, which shall supersede any pricelist of the Company, whether published or unpublished.

Any discounts given on the sale of products must be returned on any returned order, either in part, or wholly.  Where part of an order is returned, the discount will be returned proportionately.

We aim to hold all items in stock at any given time.  Should an item not be in stock and will cause a delay in dispatch in excess of 72 business hours from order date, we will notify you in writing ahead of dispatch.

New product releases may cause additional demand on the Company and we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours or receipt of order. These orders will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity and may take up to 5 days to be shipped.

This website uses online payment gateway Braintree®, for PayPal, Apple Pay, credit and debit card and other financial transactions. Cards that we accept through our gateway include Visa®, Visa Electron®, Mastercard®, Maestro®, Discover®, Diners’ Club® and American Express®.  We do not store any of your credit or debit card details on our website or servers. Braintree® / PayPal® will not provide any of your personal information to any third party.

It is your responsibility you ensure that prior to making a purchase, that all details you provide to us for the purpose of ordering goods, are correct and that the credit/debit card or payment account are your own and have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.  No goods will be dispatched until the payment has cleared in our account.

All payments are verified against the address in which the card or account is registered to.  Orders will be shipped to the delivery address confirmed by you in the optional delivery address field.  It is your responsibility that these details are accurate and complete at the time of purchase.  We may ask for additional information from any customer such as proof of address and we reserve the right to cancel any order from our website if we are unable to verify security issues such as the billing address.

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item to us for a refund.  The return must be dispatched no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.  To be eligible for a refund on your return, the item must be unopened in the original packaging and unused. If these conditions are not met, we may offer a part-refund.

We are only able to accept returns made from the Decksaver.com website.  Proof of purchase will be required to process the return. Any shipping fees, custom’s/import duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the Customer. If these are not paid in advance of delivery to us, they will be deducted from any refund due to you.

Should you receive an incorrect item or order from us, please contact us to let us know via the web form above. We will issue the correct item and ask for you to return the incorrect item, for which we will carry the shipping cost.

You can view our full Returns Policy and get instructions how to do this here.  Should you wish to return an item for recycling, you are entitled to a 20% discount code off your next order.  This unique code can be used once only and at Decksaver.com only. This discount cannot be used with any of our retailers or distributors.  The single-use code must be entered correctly at the point of purchase, prior to making payment.  Discounts cannot be retrospectively applied once the purchase has been made.

It is your responsibility to pay for shipping discarded units back to us.  We recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure the item is delivered.  The Company cannot be held responsible for any covers that do not get to us and discount codes cannot be supplied.

All Decksaver covers sold via our website are guaranteed against discolouration, cracks and breakages for up to 2 years from date of purchase.

Should the item be damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods and we will arrange for a replacement cover to be issued and return of the damaged item.

If your cover cracks or breaks within 2 years of the date of purchase, please contact us via our web form here and we will get in touch to arrange next steps in returning the item and issuing a replacement.

The Company shall not be liable for any defects from general wear and tear, improper or misuse of the item, other than in accordance with the instructions or usage advice of the Decksaver, or if the product has been altered or modified.  Decksaver will not be responsible for any subsequent damages to equipment associated with any cover malfunction.

Where the goods are sold under a Consumer Transaction (as defined by the Consumer Transactions (Restrictions of Statement) Order 1976) the statutory rights of the Purchaser are not affected by these conditions.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss sustained by any personal damage to any property whatsoever and howsoever arising directly out of, or in consequence of any act or a mission by the Company in the supply of goods including delay, loss of profit and liability to third parties.

Nothing contained in these terms and conditions shall affect the Companies liability under the ‘Unfair Contracts Terms Act 1977’ for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Company.

The Company does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of the website or from using any products or services from the website.  We will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the order or service purchased in respect of the claim.

This above mentioned liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law.

From time-to-time, Decksaver will offer a % welcome discount to shoppers in return to signing up to receive our newsletter.

This discount can be applied to the first order each account holder makes on Decksaver.com.  By entering the discount code at the checkout, the discount will be applied to the total amount of the basket.  This is set to a maximum one use only per customer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, but it can be used on sale items.  The code cannot be used against shipping or duties or any other cost not related to a Decksaver product purchase.

Product returns that are made with the use of this code will be refunded net of this discount.
